The Emotiva XPA-3 Gen 3 is a 3-channel amp of exceptional talent and ability. Use it to drive the Left/Centre/Right channels of your 3.1, 5.1 or larger home cinema system giving the most important channels the power and quality they need for convincing home cinema sound.

The power to impress
With advances in power supply technology, the XPA-3 Gen 3 balances power, quality and cost effectiveness to perfection. Using a regulated Switch Mode Power Supply (SMPS), this amp blends traditional Class A/B and Class H technologies for the perfect blend of quality and power. With a mighty 300 watts per channel (490 watts into 4 ohms) in stereo mode, power is never an issue with the XPS-3 Gen 3. Even with all three channels driven, this power amp still delivers 275 watts per channel enough for even the toughest speakers.

Purity to match the power
Unlike some, digital only, power amps, the XPS-3 Gen 3 also utilises an analogue Class A/B amplifier stage. This preserves the musics emotion and flow in a way that many digital amps struggle to convey.

Modular construction for upgrade potential
Modular construction means the XPA power amps can be configured from 2 to 14 channels. This not only helps reduce the cost but also lets you upgrade the power amp in the future. Return the amp to Emotivas US base and have additional channels installed or higher quality DR (Differential Reference) modules installed, without having to change your amp.

Balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA phono inputs for system flexibility
For maximum system flexibility, the XPA-3 Gen 3 comes with both balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA phono inputs. For best results, match with an Emotiva processor and use the balanced XLR connections for strong synergy and high levels of resistance to electrical interference. RCA phono inputs and a well-balanced sound, also make this power amp ideal for use with other brands of AV processors.
