Power supply being the starting point of any audio system, SMSL offers with P2 a high quality regulated linear power supply, having the particularity of having two outputs. It is thus capable of delivering 2x5V 500mA in an extremely clean and stable way. Ideal to cleanly supply two devices requiring this voltage and allow you to save significant space.
A clean power supply for a perfect sound
To ensure this performance, the P2 incorporates an excellent 15W molded transformer. This transformer uses only copper wires for high performance. This SMSL power supply also includes a diode bridge followed by a filter with 8000µF capacitors.
An aesthetic and useful housing
The SMSL P2 components are hidden under a CNC machined aluminium frame. This manufacturing method ensures extremely precise cutting, the actions being completely carried out by a programmed machine.
This housing therefore adds a real aesthetic touch to this power supply and effectively protects its components from dust or possible shocks, ensuring a long life. But more than that, it considerably reduces electromagnetic interference that could degrade the signal and therefore ultimately the sound reproduction of your audio system.
